Forth Roadmap Conference

Event Date:
September 24, 2024 to September 26, 2024

The Forth Roadmap Conference, the nation’s premier electric transportation conference, arrives in Detroit, MI., September 24-26, 2024. For the first time in its over ten-year history, the conference will be held outside the Pacific Northwest.

Electric vehicles present not just new drive trains, but new business models. The Forth Roadmap Conference is where the wide-ranging stakeholders including auto manufacturers, utilities, government officials, charging companies and community organizations convene—to share insights and foster new partnerships.

As one of the industry's longest-standing and most respective conferences, Roadmap presents cutting-edge thought leadership to elevate innovative programs, policies and strategies advancing electric transportation and solving the sector’s most pressing challenges. The future of transportation is shaped at the Roadmap Conference by leaders who convene to explore emerging trends, share insight, perspective and chart the course forward.

This year's conference will feature Jigar Shah, Director, U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office as a keynote speaker. His presentation will highlight the intersection of clean transportation and equity, focusing on making electric mobility accessible to underserved communities.

Funding available from the Department of Energy affords a generational opportunity for state and local transportation agents to bring clean transportation infrastructure to their communities and constituents. As such, they are key participants in this year's conference.
