April 28, 2022 to April 29, 2022

On May 2-6, 2022, the Republic of Korea will host the XV World Forestry Congress, providing a crucial opportunity for the global forestry community to analyze and address key challenges of world forestry – particularly in the context of recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic while striving to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Ahead of the Congress, join journalists from around the world to learn and connect with scientists, experts and renowned journalists for insights on forest solution pathways and the essential role of forests in the sustainability of planet Earth.

Building a Green, Healthy and Resilient Future With Forests takes place online April 28-29, 2022, organized by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) alongside the XV World Forestry Congress.

This opportunity is open for all journalists from around the world with a passion for learning and raising awareness about the essential role of forests in the global sustainable agenda.
