"WEST TRENTON, N.J. - About 650 people stormed the Delaware River Basin Commission meeting, most of them calling for an end to natural gas drilling before drillers get a chance to begin in this region.
Carrying and wearing signs, posters, stickers and buttons, such as 'No Toxic Gas, Protect Our Water,' 'Don't Pass Gas,' 'Fracking Kills' 'Don't Drain Our River' and 'We Shale Overcome,' environmentalists from across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and beyond rallied outside of the West Trenton Volunteer Fire Co. hall on Wednesday afternoon.
Passions ran high as anti-drilling advocates and pro-drilling landowners argued outside before the meeting started."
